Porting: 7-10 Business Days
Optic Cuts: 3 Weeks

I try to consult one on one with customers. Feel free to text to set up an appointment to go over questions you may have. Once you place the order there will be a separate invoice sent to the email provided for payment. Quickbook payments is the payment processor we use.
ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of custom work, we are unable to offer refunds once your item is in our preparation phase and workflow processes. Please check posted lead times before completing the order form or reaching out for a status update on your custom order. Thank you!
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please complete our order form with the required information. We will reach out to you with next steps and collaborate with you to ensure we complete your custom job with the highest attention to detail and quality possible.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
Anytime during the posted lead times, your custom work is currently in progress. While the lead times are usually adhered to, there are occasionally times where due to sheer volume of work or emergencies that could potentially increase this lead time. We take absolute pride in our work, and are currently working digilently to complete your order. Please feel free to reach out via email or phone if your order has not updated after the posted lead time.
